Lenders have different loan capacity at any point in time; they might not announce that they aren’t making a certain type of loan right when you need it; they’ll take your application but either delay you to death or find an obscure reason to decline the loan4.

Right now if you have money in I’d ride it, when the next disaster is announced I’d take money off the table, when it stabilizes near what you think is a bottom get back in, if another disaster is announced sell and take a small loss, rinse and repeat.

Go to REIA meeting in your area, make an announcement that you want to wholesale with another wholesaler.

This would be 2 days before he announced in his June 20th email (which I believe you have) that he was suspending payments to hundreds of investors because of financial problems.He did not disclose anywhere in the webinar (48 hours before the email) the difficulties that his business was experiencing which was laid out in the email 2 days later.
