But its a complex calculation best left to a financial calculator or Excel.If you want to attempt the math, Wikipedia has the forumula:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loan#Loan_paymentYou'll need to apply a little algebra to that formula to get to the rate calculation from the other three.

Algebraically you can reshuffle the formula into Value = NOI / Cap Rate which is what you have done... so yes, algebraically it works.
