I need some advise from you all before i move forward.How do you make the mortgage payment?

I have properties in Indiana that are in Indiana LLCs.My lawyer was the one who advised me to make a California LLC which will be the single  member of all my Indiana LLCs.

I'm seeking advise from people who may have been down this road before on whether we should seeking other financing methods to go LLC to LLC or quit claim the lot back to our personal names to satisfy the 1031 exchange rules.

Unfortunately, there is not...unless you want to count gurus that charge you $10K/year to be a student, but they, themselves, don't really have the background necessary to advise (read some of the backgrounds of these jokers...really...you'll be stunned).

I always advise my investors to bring a contractor with them so they can receive accurate numbers for rehab.
