Shenell, It's great to hear someone may actually understand what we're trying to accomplish.

Imagine investing in all new, beautiful finishes, only to discover that the drain pipes are faulty and need to be replaced—an issue that could have been identified and addressed beforehand.

We bought it because it is a beautiful property in solid location and I wanted to learn the STR model.

Do you have a nice big building like a beautiful wooden barn or pavilion?

I would agree it is hard to find beautiful properties that cashflow.  

The ADA defines "readily achievable" as “easily accomplishable and able to be carried out without much difficulty or expense.”Without much difficulty or expense is substantially different for a small mom and pop restaurant than it is for Google or TJ Max.

Do not work with evernest as they are a national company and are slow to accomplish anything.
