Most of the academic research I've seen suggests that its becoming more and more of an option as a "starter home" that gets people out of apartment buildings.I'd be curious if you have heard/read something else.

<--- all of this is very academic coming from me because I've not had a bad tenants, I've just studied a lot about landlords in Ontario who have and made sure I didn't do what they did (non-professional, emotional, giving leeway and chances, not doing proper tenant screening, not setting expectations).

Stockton University will be opening it's Atlantic City campus this year which consists of a Residence building on the beach block, Academic building across the street and a shared garage with South Jersey Gas.
