I remember when I dormed on campus during my under grad days the RA's on campus always made us sign a roommate agreement and housing contract, so I remember some things, but any other help would be useful.

I'm 24, I've got my undergrad and masters degree.

I taught real estate at the under grad level, twice, the first time was out of the book with experience, the second time was years later, used the book, but I had tons of experience.

for what its worth, i'd hire an undergrad with some experience who is highly driven, genuinely passionate about what he or she does, and has a solid sense of themselves and aptitude vs. someone with an MBA from a top school who is 'just applying for a job'.

While I was in my under-grad I was a part of a financial services company---Primerica financial services so I do understand a little bit of that.

I'll prob work 50-60 hours/week at the JOB with a very stable firm and I expect I have some super solid upside options there.My parents had 2-3 rentals when I was growing up, I worked for a property manager before while in undergrad, ran a successful painting contracting business, am solid at negotiating and selling, have spent my share of time in rough neighborhoods, but I'm concerned I may be too much of a nice guy to ever get too good at evicting poor people.

We were undertrained and underpaid, but since we were both in undergrad we were just grateful to get cheaper rent.

He went to Columbia for his undergrad and UT for grad school and has worked as a DOE/DOD researcher at Los Alamos, etc.

In addition I have $23k debt from my undergrad and grad school which I think I will pay off in less then a year I believe.
