Pistols on hip, Porn DVDs, nude oil paintings, diesel fuel in old beer cans...haha...as long as the strategy is working for him.  

"No way you idiot, if there's a lot of adult bookstores, then that's very good news because that means people have so much extra money, they even pay for porn when you can get it free 24/7 at 34 million websites, you're a moron!!"

But someone elsewhere said I was creating a legal liability for myself sharing a Gmail account created just for that apartment with the tenant, like what if they used it to download child porn or something.

I am just starting out in wholesaling and since an investor's credibility is on the line, if they perform this REI taboo, I must now ask the following question:Is there a chance that a seller misrepresents himself or herself, to an investor, by saying that the property he or she is trying to sell is not on the MLS when it is?

Maybe loopholes is considered "taboo" to some so lets call them rules that seem to "favor" those educated (My new favorite word) in real estate investing to gain and maintain wealth.

When starting up a new company and seeking funding, are you able to or is it taboo rather, to ask for payroll and/or operating fees during that start up?
