Its one thing in an air bnb to steal the Kurig machine its another to break into and steal all the jewelry guns and other valuables.

The debate is like a machine that riles us all up and sets us at each other.Just in case people reading this aren't familiar with my situation, I'm a DIY low-income landlord in C/D-class neighborhoods within a couple of small target areas.

Does anyone have any good experiances with sites like "propwire" or "deal machine" or any other intelligent skip tracing sites like these that you would suggest?

Maybe add into your lease that the carpet needs to be steam cleaned when they move out (they need to provide a receipt for the rental of the machine or from the cleaning service). 

Don't buy fridges that have ice machines towards the top of the fridge. 

However, because the set up is free, the machines are constantly in use. 

With 85" screens really coming down, that might be a better choice.Add a few Arcade1Up machines.
