many who buy bitcoin are also buying up large sums of gold, silver, platinum, and copper on the side as well as hedges against the current currency.  

They can get away with it is because property prices have been going up in a much less crazy fashion than in the US or Canada and other parts of the world and they're much lower mainly because of the supply - demand equation, which actually is the silver lining.

As a silver lining, when you buy the next property you'll have full basis for depreciation. 

However the tenant will pay on time every month :)PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, CASH, Check, Cashier's Check, $ Order, Gold, Silver,you get the point :)

I think the failure of thought is to think any 1 singular approach alone is any kind of "silver-bullet" sure thing. 

I also take pesos, gold, silver, cars, motorcycles, trade houses, airplanes, stocks, bonds.... etc... to piece a deal together and get paid!
