You would need to confirm he is not on the sexual offender registry because that would be a for sure no, and then consider whether you would rent to him if this was on the market for a week.

The tenants may not like the timelines or outcomes of the repairs - part is on back order, they have to pay for the repair due to abuse, the owner chooses to repair instead of replacing.
