Hey Allan welcome aboard.Your timing is good, tonight is the biggest REI meeting of the year in San Diego at SDCIA at the Scottish Rite Center.

The local reia is SDCIA at Scottish rite center, along with many other breakout groups.  

I currently attend the SDREIA over at the scottish rite building, I want to get more active and acquainted with other investors.  

To get even more out of what you want to accomplish get involved with the local REIA's Tonight is the San Diego Creative Investors Association meeting at the Scottish Rite Center.

I suggest you attend and join one or more of several real estate investment clubs.The largest (and oldest) is SDCIA which meets once a month at the Scottish Rites center.

The two biggest hospital complexes are in what we call Medical District in Dallas....this will include hospitals, offices, research parks, medical school around Parkland, Children's, Scottish Rite, and others.   

Hey look at that, Brad might actually pay off a mortgage in this lifetime and get to paint his front door red so all the neighbors know (that's actually a Scottish tradition, I am told, but we should bring it to 'Merica IMO).
