Good morning everyone, I have successfully incorporated flipping houses as a new method of investing in Real Estate after 7 year of buying and holding small to large multifamily properties.

Paul has started at least 3 separate threads in the past few days announcing to the world the success he's having with section 8 rentals and repeatedly reminds us he doesn't have a clue how to calculate the true operational costs associated with these properties. 

Can't think of many better things other than my entire team achieving success time after time!

If any investors have tips or advice on successfully implementing the BRRRR strategy, it would be much appreciated!

They really want my wife and I to find success, which has ended up being a win-win.
