We may take on more debt if the value is there, but some of the most sage advice I ever received was from a long-time real estate developer:  "Have a plan to hang on to your property at least a decade." 

a sage green will typically work with that color of roof, but you need to accent it and more than just the door, shutters and trim.

We are trying to keep our drywall guy working to stay on schedule, and wonder if anyone has a cost effective and sage recommendation on getting ~2,000 SF heated?

Right now we do that with Sage Accounting that I use in my 'day job' business, but would really love to get the rental accounting out of there as it is WAY overkill for the job.Thanks, Dan Dietz

Hey Sage- Sounds like you have a good understanding of how to leverage and invest, now it's just a matter of committing to growth.

If you want to be in town I would look in Hemet,  if you want more rural look in Sage and Anza area it is still considered Hemet.
