So I called the service rep to ask if it was a legit person and if so, could they put me in touch.They said it was a legit person and they conference called them and they were legit.

At minimum, I am looking for the name of the deceased, a name of the personal rep/heir, and a name/contact for the attorney involved. 

As an update, just in case anyone was curious, I ended up just going ahead and creating the LLC in Michigan. 

That means they have hauled in over $2.6MM just in initial setup fees.
