Why hasn't your property manager already answered this question?

I'm looking to purchase some land in Martinsville, VA from out-of-state, and wanted to know if anyone is able to recommend a reliable property manager that services Martinsville, VA.

No, they don't find my properties. 

With a 9-5 job too busy to catch a breather, being that it will be my first rental property would you recommend finding a property management company to oversee the investment property OR create a profile on a property management platform, I am thinking about Avail unless there is a better platform, to collect rent and hire specialist as issues arise from tenants?

Daniel,If its something you really like from all accounts, get with an inspector and property manager to give their thoughts on the area, condition of the property etc...

Your property management company can help once you own the property but up until then you need someone good on your side!!! 

Pensacola is a great market for investing and the number of properties available right now is up so there are actually some on market properties with potential. 

I occasionally get requests to manage commercial and love to have a referral source.
