At this sensitive point in pregnancy, I am not sure how safe exposure to pesticides would be either.We are planning to sit down with the property manager tomorrow and try to negotiate lease termination.

We closed remotely, as I was a month away from my due date in a super high risk pregnancy.

Neighbors began to call early the next day, curious about what happened, but mostly concerned that something went wrong with my wife’s pregnancy.

I wouldn't have a problem renting to them.They want to settle down before the pregnancy gets hard to manage.They have plenty of money to cover lease breakage penalty.I see the baby as an anchor.
