Stunning nature with the Pacific ocean and gigantic Santa Monica Mountain Range out the door with year round near perfect weather.Close to everything from Malibu to Calabassas, Ojai, Santa Barbara etc and within the same 45 min to 1 hour distance ( traffic depending) to 3 commercial airports, namely LAX, BUR, SBA.The university, USCCI is the only one of its kind growing in leaps and bounds while general enrollment numbers are in decline everywhere else along the CA coast.

Thank you for thinking about me but I generally only buy prime properties in Mexico and, these days, I focus more on the Pacific Coast.By the way, as I indicated, your questions were focusing on things that are unlikely to work but there are still things you can do.

I work at American Pacific Mortgage but I can also broker if needed. 

I do plan to eventually go somewhere where there is more water - like the Pacific Northwest or Colorado.

I am in the pacific northwest and prices here are high compared to some of the investing hotspots around the country. 

Maybe the way its appropriated needs to be revisited, but where else are you going to find an industry that makes sense in the middle of the Pacific where we have so many limitations?  

@Dan IllesI see this question come up quite a bit.And I see all sorts of answers but little of the “wisdom” makes sense to me.If one was to say, the best time to post is Tuesday at 10AM or Thursday at 2PM.Do they mean Pacific time?
