Flooring: I personally love home depot's LVP in Easy Oak.

A 6ft diameter, healthy looking oak just fell from my neighbor's backyard onto my rental property. 

Fontanelle and PebbleTree are close to Blossom Valley and Village Oaks where all the major establishments are (Hospitals, Costco, etc...), yet they are separated by the 101, making them a unique and cozy community.

Areas like River Oaks and The Woodlands offer impressive residences that combine luxury with privacy.

From talking with many owners in the various areas in and around Blue Ridge (Epworth, Mineral Bluff, Morganton, Cherry Log, etc.), you could keep it full up to 90% of the year.

Immediately started making minor improvements, due to hurricane season decided to remove one tree and trim a huge oak tree at the other location.
