I have had numerous scammers message me from BP wanting to be partners, wanting me to invest in their whatever...and many have less writing skills that my Nigerian Prince who is going to marry me and make me rich after he gets all his treasures back from his wicked uncle.

@Stephanie Beard this is a total SCAM , its the same as the Nigerian ( I need help with getting 10 million out of the country.)No one invest like this.. they will identity theft you is what will happen.. or they will then come back with you have to buy this security bond from a company in Thailand for 5k then the money will come. etc etc.I had an acquaintance place an add in craigs list in middle east , and Asia looking for money partners.. and she got bombarded with these exact same type of replys.. they can be some what convincing but they will at the end of the day try to get small dollars out of you.Again there is absolutely ZERO chance anyone is going to invest a large sum of money with someone they met on the internet and further as you claim have no real experience or funding already behind you..

On a first glance, it reeks of those Nigerian scam letters and that IS NOT a good thing, especially when you are trying to break into the real estate game with a bunch of hardened players assuming everybody is trying to game them.

On the Trulia rentals there are a lot of Nigerians doing this I experienced this where the family is going aboard to college and thy needed to rent the property look out they will send you a fake application and later ask for your bank information.

I think you may need pro to advertise on market place.. and I have sold a few of my OREO on market place and know others that use it to create a lot of traffic.as for lenders this is an issue nationwide.. its now the province of the new Nigerian prince schemes.. not a week goes by and I get a PM hey I see your looking for a loan I can do that..
