While I do maintain a relatively modest percentage of my assets in money market instruments, corporate debt funds, and high dividend stocks, I remain most comfortable with the investments I specialize in and know best.  

I'm curious of the current market demand for student housing and appeal to rental investors.

I work with investors in Chicago who are actively buying off-market properties, and Ive noticed that everyone has a different approach when it comes to sourcing deals.
