Those tax breaks existing in the first place are examples of politicians intervening to artificially change market dynamics, by stimulating investors to buy those properties more aggressively than they would in a free market.

maybe Google just doing this like they did with Google Flights to leverage their negotiations for higher advertising dollars from VRBO/AIRBNB etc, like they did with Expedia/Hotels.com/United/Delta etc and they have no real interest in making it a discrete profit center but just a strong profit stimulant to their core advert business.buy more Google stock usually a winning formula last 20 years

The fund could essentially pay no preferred return/dividends to the LPs (Class A Members) during the holding period and then upon a Capital Transaction the GP (Class B Members) would still be entitled to receive 30% of the distributions, simply after returning the LPs initial capital contributions.

I've created a very thorough pitch deck explaining the project with pretty decent returns for LPs (20+% cash on cash returns) but seem to have exhausted the normal circles I run in and apparently I can't really expand them without running afoul of the SEC...?
