Hi Nathan,So quick question: once you verify that tenants abandoned the property, and you posted the notice to front door (giving them x days to respond of course) and they still don't respond then you can regain possession of property and proceeding with whatever you need to do in order to list the house again?

They said they'd accept a 6 month term instead, but they're not being very forthcoming about what their sales record has been (I asked for the last 12 months just to get an idea, but they ignored the question :( ) and I'm getting a not-so-great feeling about working with them....The home is 2-stories, attached garage, 4bd 3ba, 2269 sqft and sits on a corner lot with a huge backyard (lot is approx .13 acres or 5662.8 sqft).

However, if there is wi-fi you can connect a Simplisafe camera to the wi-fi so you can view.Even without wi-fi, having sensors on the doors and a motion sensor in the hallway goes a long way toward piece of mind.

The local who lives there but commutes 30-60 min to another community because they can’t find a job to support their family in their town.That same local knows that a 4plex would be great on that lot that’s been vacant for 20 years and that there are at least 4 families who could benefit greatly from that development.That local knows that Ryan’s plumbing and Katie’s electrical companies that service 75% of the town really needs a new flex space to use as a shop, storage, and parking for their business so that they aren’t working out of their garage and can hire a couple of locals to work with them at the office and in the field.Development is different in our small towns but if locals aren’t the ones doing it, and developers aren’t coming, what happens to our kids futures?
