From macro economic perspective, These cycle can only be executed when Fed is increasing money supply.Syndication is like the wolf eating a wolf game, it's just at what one position during cycle that would determine you make it big money or you may commit suicide ( there's GP that's already committed suicide) just saying how serious it is ...My fist commercial mortgage was a 10 year.

Bought my fist property in 2022,PITI + HOA at the time was 2200, based the market and renovations i believed i could get 2400-2500 for the property, which i did get 2500 the first year.

I normally go into a deal telling a borrower to expect 70% LTV and then if the appraisal comes back suburban then we can bump up leverage. 80% LTV is typical in suburban areas and 70% is typical in rural areas for DSCR lenders.

Getting $235K in Maple HTS is a hefty price tag unless it's a brand-new build.We've managed to bump up low appraisals by $20k in Maple HTS, but it really depends on the specifics of the deal.
