I have done a few projects  in N> CA were we did Mello Roos.. and a few with plane ole 1915 act bonds.. its just a common way to develop in CA..

I've been listening to audiobooks and podcasts whenever I commute or conduct repetitive tasks at work, read books on the plane, or look through the forums as needed.

One of the 800 economists who work there may have told them that since they decreased the M2 money supply by 4% over the last 2 years and currently now growing at only 1.26% not the pre-covid 6%, that they have stalled the plane, so forget the soft landing, get ready for some CHOP.

Because this would be my first deal, I guess I feel like I should know what I'm doing before investing in markets that are a plane ride away. 

Fortunately for me their lease was ending soon and I have already notified them through a letter sent through USPS and later through FedEx.
