Make a list of EVERYTHING you want the broker to do or not do: MLS, staging, photos, web site, preparing teaser descriptions, selecting comps., giving you market guidance, open houses, vetting potential buyers who don't have and don't want representation, contract negotiation, managing/scheduling/attending inspections and surveys, fielding bank requests for information, making sure government paperwork is done, you imagine and write it down and you'll still miss some stuff, but that's okay.

BTC will come to be known as the long-con, it will.Once value due to outflow drops sub $70k, facilitating a flight out dropping to sub $50k, justifying the branding of "over" empowering the mass flight away and price down to sub $40k, $30k, back into leveling in $20k's because that's the utility value of "dark money" in transacting of such. 

Pretty catchy IMO.....VRBOs money would be much better spent hiring better talent on the app/web development side.

No one is perfect though in RE if your doing volume your going to have a few that are bummers but at least in our program there is control.. not this feeling of helplessness when you hand your money over to a syndicate and they go dark your totally out of control of your funds..
