I can assure you that only those from the common wealth were able to immigrate.. those from Mexico were stopped at the border and turned back.I was kicked out of the country. and all I did was buy a home on golf course and furnish it and ski and fish and frequent resturants etc etc. but they still wanted me out

I looked at SSB and First Commonwealth, but again, the fees seem to be very ticky-tack.My current BofA account has no fees for anything if we keep a certain balance.

Some tid bits are...There are quite the number of laws and regulations for landlords (lessors) and tenants (lessees) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts making this state quite tenant friendly.

@Jose Duarte To clarify some of the prior posts, transfer taxes in PA are generally 2% of the cost of the property you are purchasing (1% Commonwealth of PA and 1% local jurisdiction).  

Frankly, you comment is unnecessary as its public policy in ALL 50 US states and commonwealths.
