Consider getting Commerical loans.

Commerical loans and LOC are portfolio loans- so, while they typically don't have negotiable terms, banks make up their own rules on how and what they lend on, so get out there and start networking and asking questions. 

But I had 20 million in commerical debt so they did not care it was all equity and Character. 

Also wondering if I can get a second loan (Commerical) looking to go bigger with a 5+ unit building using the 75% of profit from first one. 

Are there any Heloc/commerical line of credit options that don't require verification of funds?
