I came across realinvestorwebsite.com which provides you with a real estate investor website for alot less than Carrot (which i would prefer), their prices are only $1 for the first month and $27 each addl month..anyone try them?

Ours is $75 in Bridgeport, Connecticut.What also works is adding $75 to the monthly rent during initial lease signing, then offering a discount if they pay before the 5th of the month.Sometimes the carrot works better than the stick.

As long as you offer the right carrot they will bite.
