I get it, they are trying to make sure these properties are safe for human occupancy but as you and I both know, there are way bigger fish to fry in Canton and properties in A LOT worse condition.Just baffles me that someone like me, comes into town, tries to help clean up some properties and I get hounded for things that are not a big deal in my opinion.

Also, for the same reason there are 20 different restaurants that fry chicken differently, or places to get ice cream, or cars to drive, or churches to attend. 

I thought McDonald’s strategy was “would you like fries with that?”

Lake Havasu used to be hotter than Phoenix, but all the blacktop made them eventually surpass Havasu's heat - you can fry an egg on your car if you don't care about the paint :o).

If they really follow through with all they promised 40k is probably small fries for all the millions you will make right out of the gate.😉😉.

Normally we have bookings pretty solid during the week but this year not for July. 4 day stays, Fri to Mon.

If they reply right away it will have to wait until the following Tues/Fri. 

I am thinking rent Mon- Fri leaving the weekend free for the realtor to show the house.
