I just watched the video you shared with me on CRE.

And they have great YT videos packed with content. 

-Before each eviction, FPM sends a polished video claiming they’ll pursue the tenant in court and recover lost rent.

There were weekly group video phone calls that despite usually only having 5-10 people online I could never get a question answered leaving me to believe they were pre recorded.

Do a Zoom video with your tenant for a virtual walk-thru!

Their videos consistently said that none of their investors had ever lost money.

Everyone has the right to write about their experience but I would be more inclined to pay attention to the review of someone who has been playing video games for years than the person in your example who purchased their first Xbox with no past experience.

Perhaps the landlord can direct you to the video as evidence, or talk to a neighbor. 

I've been listening to the BP podcast, listen to several RE investing audiobooks and watched numerous videos of investors talking about investing so it is safe to say I have a certain level of understanding of how the game works.
