@David Butcher Buying a property in ch 13 means they filed to keep the house while in foreclosure.

These are 6 inches long with a cork back and coupled with a magnifying glass or a pair of magnified reading glasses which you can get at the corner drugstore for less than $10 - makes reading the contracts easier. 

Extensions on downspouts 10 ft away from the building, grade the surface to slope away from the foundation at least 6 inches in 4 feet, provide positive surface drainage around the structure, and finally stop irrigating landscaping within 10 ft of the structure.

Any house built in 1979 would have 4 inch, or at least 3 inch, ABS waste lines.
