Just take the one that is the most convenient for you. 

Even though you’re paying a slight premium for the convenience, the ability to scale and the fact that the company vets the properties makes it a solid choice.

Additionally, I don't know if it's because I use a Mac but on the website when I scroll down on the main page, I can't scroll back up to the very top to click back on the "menu" or "settings" and instead have to navigate the less convenient side bar.

So some things will be easier and more convenient (one roof to repair) but many tasks will simply be a multiple based on the number of doors.

@Kevin Collins I definitely think that turnkey companies have their place for certain investors however with that said you have to understand that you are paying for ‘convenience’... in short there is no free lunch.

I will still accept other forms of payment but the convenience of the online platform and the fee for pickup dissuades them from anything else most times.

So far we have never had anyone comment about the lack of or the convenience of having it. 

Tenants will love the convenience, and your property's value will skyrocket.
