Contrary to popular belief, I personally think that you can find great deals on the MLS.Thanks to everyone for the VERY warm welcome, and I look forward to any and all wisdom that you can share with me about what you think I am doing right and wrong!

After doing some research on the Biggert Waters act and listening to my dad's timeless wisdom "build on the hill and fish in the river", I think I owe thanks for the bullet dodged.Cheers.

Common wisdom here will always be not to give money to the IRS unless you have to.

My savings position is the biggest thing that scares me next to being out of state, but I'm not sure if my apprehension is fear and limited thinking, or wisdom and hedging agains potential bad outcomes.  

I primarily use Pages and Numbers, but Apple in all their wisdom stripped out that ability.

Any knowledge and wisdom will be greatly appreciated.
