I had a great instructor & he offered CD's of the course I listened to them non-stop for the entire month & picked up the practice tests took them over & over untill I did not miss a question.Past the first time (it was a breeze).

Then I left the area, kept the rentals and bought a house where I wanted to live at that time.There is one thing for sure, it would be much easier to "test" the theory by renting where you live and buying rentals for cash flow first.

Why don't teachers just give students all of the reading, homework, and outlines, in the first week for everything they need to learn for the year, and then test them on all of the material during the second week?

While I am surprised we have not seen people" going postal" through all of this, at the end of the day you can not beat them, only find ways to work within their system the best we can.They are giving all of us the ultimate test in self discipline!
