Once this is calculated, it's hard to see much more upside in single family home investing if you have the capital to jump straight into multi's.On top of that, as @Carl Hebert mentioned, you have at least double the units that you would have compared to a single family home, which is that much more that you will be receiving to offset your mortgage or any other property-related debts.
