I have really been looking into just nailing some LP smart side over my existing 117 pine siding.

@Kyle Jeane this will depend on the area and topography but generally if your doing slab on grade the most important design features are main level living, open floor plans, easy access, minimum 34” interior doors for wheel chair access, handicap accessible bathrooms with grab bars and easy access showers and or walk in tub.

You certainly CAN be rid of a cockroach problem, but it will take some smart treating.

You have to be smart about. 

So you gotta be smart with numbers and find deals all the times.

They can also comp it as a 5/3 or anything in between to see if it would b smart to add those bedrooms, etc...2.
