From a black mans perspective, Indy has its problems too.....Ive been in a lot of houses here in the city and met a lot of sellers......some get nervous when they see a 6ft3, 260 lb black guy they get nervous......so i had to resort to telling sellers that I work for the company.......so I dont lose the deal.....

I felt very bad because I was hoping he had some family around who may want his belongings but that wasn’t the case so I had it disposed.My plans moving forward are unclear I’m considering selling the property but in the event that I am unable to I will have to resort to finding more tenants.This scenario is a scenario I wouldn’t wish on any landlord I would rather go through a thousand evictions before going through this process again.
