I suspect that carpet will be the main item that will have to be replaced most often since it is a ski rental. 

From a black mans perspective, Indy has its problems too.....Ive been in a lot of houses here in the city and met a lot of sellers......some get nervous when they see a 6ft3, 260 lb black guy they get nervous......so i had to resort to telling sellers that I work for the company.......so I dont lose the deal.....

I sometimes listen to Dave Ramsey when I am on the road as a last resort. 

Moonridge is also close to the ski resorts.

I know that areas close to the resorts are the best, Sugar Loaf as an example.

Our portfolio know includes our own home, a duplex, that same triplex, and a condo - all in New Orleans, 3 beach front condos in Gulf Shores, AL, a condo in Dallas, and a lake home in a resort community in North AL.  

You're probably going to have to resort to a HML or transactional short term loan until your loan is funded, or forget this deal. 

I felt very bad because I was hoping he had some family around who may want his belongings but that wasn’t the case so I had it disposed.My plans moving forward are unclear I’m considering selling the property but in the event that I am unable to I will have to resort to finding more tenants.This scenario is a scenario I wouldn’t wish on any landlord I would rather go through a thousand evictions before going through this process again.

The young guns can mean well, but may make poor decisions and don't have the personal balance sheets to support their deals before resorting to capital calls.
