- what are market rents from your comps (call them, use craigslist and whatever other resource you have to get this)- what is the condition of units for your competitors (shop them!)

The primary house is in an excellent location walking distance to shopping, restaurants and metro, so I know that a long term hold may be worth it.

It's held at Big Daddy's burgers in the Crossroads shopping center at Burnet Road and 183.

I'm thinking it would be smart to use an FHA loan and not wait to save up a large down payment, just because rent makes up such a large percentage of my expenses, even with roommates, and having access to a piano will allow me to perform more often and increase my income further.The biggest question I'm having troubles figuring out is this:How easy is it for someone that's self-employed to get an FHA loan?

Now, I have all the time in the world time to take my daughter to school, pick her up, hang out with her at the park, or a snack shop, and volunteer for her school.
