Finally, after trying to sell it for two years I sold it for $350,000, but had to carry paper for $150k.So, did you sell your property, yet, or are you counting your chickens before they hatch because if you have not sold it you may have holding costs for a long time and then since it is in a rural area you have to worry about it getting vandalized.There are thousands of rural houses that can be purchased at auctions for 50 cents on-the-dollar, but there is too much risk.
