There will be some issues with the renters and quite simply will not be the same who would rent in the east.That is not to say there aren't perfectly normal people who end up being long term and reliable tenants, we have a few and they are great.

If the tenant claims the animal is a true service animal, then they could expect to "be asked to provide reliable documentation of your disability and the relationship between your disability and your need for an accommodation in the form of a service or assistance animal.

If it is our jobs, are the cheap test kits you can get at a hardware store a reliable way to test for led, or would we be better hiring a professional inspector (there are not many in our area)?

Yea, I have a good contact for flips/remodels little on the higher side but reliable and handle everything.

My advice is to take your time screening tenants and make sure you get good reliable people.
