If I am purchasing a quality property at 20% or higher discount off of fair market value I don't even bother with numbers I just grabbed the deal before somebody else does.

With Real if I brought in a direct agent, I'd get some revenue share only for their first year of production, then it disappears.

Good due diligence required but there are opportunities.Most of our clients will sell their property and then select from a range of existing product. 

If he doesn't have experience in this type of properties, it might be hard to get financing as it does not quality for conventional financing and business lenders are usually looking to start slow and conservative with new account relationships.
