All new electrical, plumbing, Sheetrock, floors, roof, appliances, counters, cabinets and basically everything you can think of, so I basically have 0 monthly maintenance on it. 

Sometimes they have a list of mobile home contractors you can access which is categorized into their specialization (i.e. handyman, plumbing, siding, etc).

I suppose there will be slightly more wear and tear on the systems (sewer, plumbing).

For a SFH in Plano TX built in 1979 in recently purchased, it had foundation issue and plumbing issue.

That only happens if they are looking for a problem or working on plumbing.

However I’m running into the following problems:1.iron cast plumbing.

NOT electrical/plumbing/framing/roofing/HVAC.Not worth the risk.

My lease says "at Tenant's sole expense, shall keep in good order, condition and repair of the Premises and every part thereof (regardless of whether the damaged portion of the Premises or the means of repairing the same are accessible to Tenant), including, without limiting to the generality of the foregoing, all plumbing, .... "  So does that mean I have to repair everything regarding plumbing?

It needed a new HVAC, plumbing issues, electrical issues, floors, walls, doors, paint, and I was converting the garage into an additional bedroom/bathroom.

It’s an old building and sits on at least 8 inches of a concrete slab (what I have seen visually during some landscape work.)The structure does not have plumbing, and I would want  plumbing roughed in for 1 bath, kitchen and washer.
