Once my construction is complete, can i do an immediate cash out refinance on both properties to pay back the HML and recover my initial down payment?

I will be able to provide a 20% down payment through the LLC, but the question I have is: don’t I need to personally guarantee the loan because the LLC does not have credit history?

it's just trading a rent payment for a mortgage payment. 

Was wondering if there are any good apps or software that makes it easy to track expenses and invoices, payments, etc when flipping a house.

This will be the 3rd rental property in my portfolio. with the interest rates being so high I feel Iike a higher down payment could be a good idea over the long run, but I’d like to hear some ides on this, thanks in advance !
