Called and investigated, HOA said it was from fines/charges to previous owner, i.e. my mother, and it would be included in the resale package.

Also offer them a fax service, and offer to check mail for packages. 

There are instances where i've received a fed ex package and entertained the marketing message, maybe im just numb to the direct mail marketing that i receive personally because I invest and send out mailers myself. 

I do know rent comps in that area are currently in the $2400-$2500/month mark, but thats for the granite and stainless package.

I am guessing you are probably OK but I would notify the insurance company and in the future make sure the flooring people know that furniture moving is part of the package. 

So, your contract won't really binding.Essentially, the lender is going to need a shortsale package prepared to be sent in along with the contract.

In each instance, I was emailed the closing package with detailed instructions on where I needed to sign.

A possibility would be to purchase multiple properties and have the bank finance them all as a package deal.  

Come to find out, the three house right there next to each other are all his and he will sell as a package deal.
