Has anyone seen an accelerated pace at which things need to be replaced or are we pretty "standard" in usage rates.

This is a good pace to get an education and to communicate with others that are are like you.  

The market is strong however inventory is depleting at an excessively rapid pace.

I know their explosive growth can speak volumes alone, but I found the fact that they would return a phone call or email to be a refreshing change of pace.

I always tell them do it at your own pace and not to always assume the grass is greener on the other side.

I'm open to any area that will give me a good opportunity to flip at a decent pace after repairs are completed.
