Without saying that this is the right way or the only way, my wife and I sleep well at night because we’ve found a strategy that works for us.

I was stunned to get a couple of bottles of alcohol at Walmart last night.

I think its better to sleep more at night that worry, which was what I did in 2008 with 10 rental properties. 

So I have finally decided it is time to dive in and try to set ourselves up so she can retire early.  

So I refuse to dive in until I have the systems lined out in a scale-able fashion, so I won't run myself and my wife into the ground as I have before.I'm the overly creative half, and she's the one who crushes it with systems in place.I've studied and understand most strategies, terminology, and how they work together as much as I can without getting in there and playing with them myself.We're almost to that launch point, and I'm getting excited...

I have an opportunity and some questions about my seemingly unique situation before diving into real estate investment.

I believe you just have to jump off of the cliff and dive in or you will never know. 

Plumbing issues are hard to see till you dive in and electrical issues can be tricky as well.
