While I am growing my sales business now, in the long run I could see my focus shift more towards investments and being an investor-friendly agent.Since I've made solid connections, educated myself and bought my first property I really feel like I got the boulder moving and am excited to see what the future holds.My focus now is buying multi-families in Somerset County and other nearby counties.

I can't see a buyer wanting it since there is other land nearby that is not on a 25%+ slope. 

Inside was the original paperwork and history documenting every house transaction dating back to the late 1800s when it was purely bare land and a nearby cannery existed blocks away.

My realtor did a great job of putting together a thorough report of nearby comps.

@Mark Franks got to love bureaucracy :)I know in one of the towns I am nearby and looking to buy a duplex in, it has a basement unit and the township told the current owner (so I would def fact check it when we go to move forward) that you as the owner can live in the basement and rent out the upstairs without issues needing a 3 family zoning, something to look into if you have interest in that type or arrangement of your place.

I currently live and work in Salem, MA and would like to find a place nearby so I could keep my job for now. 

That said, it is in a gentrifying part of town, and based on the nearby commercial and municipal upgrades is in the future path-of-progress. 

Finding out what properties will rent for is finding actual apartments in your area being rented that are similar and nearby.

It’s on acreage, way out in the county with no neighbors nearby to bother or hotels to divert business away from, doesn’t effect the character of the neighborhood or any of the usual arguments against.

I worked mainly all throughout the Verde Valley and nearby areas.
