You can have a mobile car wash truck etc. fill up on your dime or the neighbors connect up the building over to wash their cars.

When I see folks cheer lead for it, its concerning as this is an educational platform and if you have invested long in intl markets, you understand why its considered a riskier asset class.  

if not an agent can give you access to the house, but you will then need to list them as your agent so they get paid, they have these goofy pushbutton deadbolt knob things on the doors. i think Hubzu lets you bid without POF or pre-approval, but it does "strengthen" you offer in the auction, Im working on one in that platform right now. 

Perfect solution, whether Buildium or some other online rent pay system, account summary is built into the platform.

My good friend @Curt SmithBuys used mobile homes on their own land and does "rent on own" on them.If your brand-new I would go to that small little town and go talk to a broker that has been working in that town for 30 years and ask them about investing in mobile homes, that's what I would do

Most ppl will talk about going to some type of an online platform (UpWork) to hire your VAs, but you should try to find VAs outside of that for a few reasons.

Again, verify the income based on reports taken directly from the booking platform.
