My main point was really aimed at more novice investors with a mentality of 'real estate always goes up in value'.  

I am still betting that the start of next year will be a mental reset for people and we will get back to getting on with our lives instead of sitting around worrying all of the time.

So many on Bigger Pocket subscribe to the mentality of more more more when in reality they have nothing but paper gains.

There is the mentality---completely legitimate---that the buyer's money will be made over time as a buy/hold strategy.

There's a mental illness (I can't remember it's name) that causes a person that's planning suicide to believe that their loved ones can't live without them and that they will suffer if the person goes through with the suicide.

They like our units, however, I'm worried about having individuals with mental behavioral problems and possible drug addictions.

Autism isn't mental its normally symptoms of underlying gut issues and/or other problems which is why it's curable.

I think learning sometimes as you go is the way to go, we are both fast learners, also we have all the basics down and have the plan laid out, I think we are ready mentally also to get in the door of the Real Estate world.

You can't get to where I am with a lotto mentality, so ya I know what you mean, and ya I save every month and I invest.
