No response; previously she has been very responsive via email.Emailed again 2 weeks later, she responded that day, apologized, says she signed up for autopay (I confirmed with the waste company that she did) and she says the $50 is now in the mail to me and to let her know if I didn’t get it.

Now that we are close to the 90 days being up, her lawyer sends a mail saying Bank approval has been obtained, and we are to proceed with obtaining the mortgage etc , but no proof or copy of the approval in the mail.

I asked the realtor if she educated her seller on the area, she simply said that this is the amount of money that he wants.Sorry to go a little geek but this reminds me of a Simpsons episode where this older woman is trying to sell the Comic Book guy all this valuable stuff.

Keep also in mind, you have to pay more than they did, lots of guys use to drool over the deals I got at the courthouse steps, i use to remind them they didn't have that option as i would of bid 10-20k more

The house I linked in particular doesn't even cashflow $0.. it would cost you money to own it.Hi Jeremy,Those prices remind me of back home in Australia.Not really sure how much of a sustainable investment it can be.$300,000 goes a very long way in the Midwest.With that kind of money, 4-5 duplexes could be easily bought in decent areas all across Ohio.Just my opinion.Thanks
